    @nabbott – Yep, last time I took mine up there I found the same. Fighting them off with a stick I was! Rarely do you see CCM’s out and about.
    Weather permitting (dry as poss.), I shall try to get to Newlands on Saturday 5th Sep. – around noonish.

    Pity the Box Hill event is cancelled – could’ve brought along the new GP600 ADV at the same time? – (If that is what it’s called).

    Maybe the OP is referring to the oil strainer filter located on the bottom left hand side of the engine behind a circular disc.
    In which case, yes it does get cleaned at first service.

    Can this 10 minute window be removed please?

    Can’t see the point/advantage in not being able to modify one’s own posts.
    – But there is a disadvantage if a mistake is made of course.

    Hi all,

    #Sigmaf – Since my initial post last year it seems that the carbon fork guards are now readily available as I fitted a pair back in late January. They look good.
    For anyone buying a set, make sure you get some proper length screws sent with them as the original ones on my bike weren’t long enough.
