    Hey Jocko – Whereabouts are you in Berkshire (I’m Wargrave – just south of Henley)? Took my first ride out on Saturday (picking up a prescription) and saw another CCM in Marlow – so hope that the spring weather coincides with the arrival of your new bike.

    I was just down the road at Newlands on Saturday and whilst not many there my bike was drawing lots of (positive) attention

    Well, as my old man used to say….”Man built it, so it can be taken apart!”, he was a fully qualified mechanical engineer, mind……. I’ve stripped a few sets of forks in my time and there’s nothing too complex about them HOWEVER, I suspect that you could probably fall foul of your bike’s warranty if that was still in effect.
