Go with the super unleaded , the higher Ron is more suitable for the compression ratio of the Spitfire (12:1) , everyone has been on at least a 5% then 10% mix for some time (diesel is 20%), eco fuels are a little less caloriefic, so not as much bang as the old stuff.
