Just had the clutch let go on a 1000 miler CCM Maverick – still under warranty and previously serviced and repaired by the excellent Ryan Marshall as part of the mobile service. Now CCM are telling me I have to pay a call out charge for Ryan or transport my unrideable bike 55 miles to Chichester at my own expense to get fixed underwarranty. I am struggling to see how this improves their service model… Also 5 days of no response from the after sales service number.
