MEET THE SERVICE TEAM
As a direct-sell manufacturer, we don't have a network of dealers around the country. We do however, have a mobile support team who bring our workshop direct to you!
Our team of highly skilled technicians operate at the very highest level, to service, maintain and repair your cherished CCM Motorcycle, travelling to your home or place of work, making getting your bike serviced more convenient than ever.
You are, of course, more than welcome to bring your bike to the CCM Factory in Bolton if you'd prefer.
MIKE SMITH
Mike left the British Army with a strong interest in the automotive industry and putting himself through evening courses to become a qualified auto electrician. He continued working towards his light vehicle qualifications, volunteering for a performance car tuning company to gain valuable work experience. Once qualified, Mike was successfully employed with a local garage, perfecting his new found skills.
This gave him the opportunity to establish his own restoration company, furthering his training as a motorcycle technician and restoring many bikes and cars from the 70s onwards. This was an exciting period, maintaining and managing individual customers automotive collections, culminating with the building of an Ultima GTR.
Mike would go on to work for Porsche, however his love of motorcycles would eventually lead him to CCM and his current role.
Mike has ridden motorcycles for many years and loves to explore the UK and plans to venture into Europe very soon.
RYAN MARSHALL
Ryan Marshall’s love of the motorcycle world began at the age of 6, when he was given his first motocross bike. And by the age of 11, he was racing at an amateur level.
His passion for the motorcycle industry continued to grow with his first part time job at a Ducati dealership, whilst still studying at school and continuing full time, where he completed his full motorcycle apprenticeship, eventually qualifying as a Motorcycle Technician.
Ryan then went on to work at a motorcycle accident and repair centre, and at weekends he would support a British Championship rider, riding for the Relentless Suzuki team. This experience would see Ryan become a Full Time British/GP Motocross Race Mechanic, for Samsung Yamaha, travelling across Britain and Europe, which ultimately led to his own race career taking a backseat.
The next step in Ryan’s career saw him working at a Kawasaki dealership where he worked as a Motorcycle ATA Technician and MOT tester for 8 years.
Ryan found himself embracing new challenges and responsibilities which steered him to join CCM Motorcycles in May 2021. Ryan is a highly dedicated individual with a vast knowledge of the motorcycle world and with an extensive range of qualifications in all areas. He is extremely excited to be out on the road and to have joined CCM Motorcycles as a Mobile Technician.
RYAN KING
Christmas Day brought a 4 year-old Ryan King a very special present; Santa had left him a Yamaha PW50 Motocross bike under the tree, a gift that would shape his future.
His passion for motorcycles continued to grow, with Ryan riding most weekends together with helping his dad service and repair bikes.
As a teenager, he secured a part time job at a multi-franchise motorcycle dealership, whilst studying on a motor vehicle course at college.
After finishing college, he gained full time employment in the workshop, securing a Triumph Motorcycles apprenticeship. This led to the successful completion of a number of key manufacturer courses, including Yamaha, Honda, and KTM.
During the 7 years spent at the franchise, Ryan became a fully qualified, competent motorcycle technician and MOT tester providing him with the skills and expertise to join CCM's team of mobile technicians.
