This Sunday sees the return of Top Gear and, in the very first show, Paddy returns to his home town of Bolton to visit CCM as part of their tribute to Eddie Kidd.

Eddie famously broke the world bus jumping record on a CCM 500 MX in 1976 and went on to become a Hollywood stunt double for Harrison Ford, Pierce Brosnan and Michael Caine. He was a successful model and musician too!

Sadly, an ill-fated stunt at The Bulldog Bash left him seriously injured and ended his career.

You can learn more about this incredible character in the moving tribute on BBC1 this Sunday at 8pm
