hi, has anyone tried a different sprocket config on their spitfire??? i have 15 front and 40 rear, thinking about going 14 front or 43 rear? any thoughts?
cheers markHi, why the low gearing , the originals came with 15/42 this was changed to 15/40 for later models with 19″ wheels , i have a 130 width rear tyre on my six for a better profile with the 3″ wide rim . the 130 circumstances is less than a 140 so I’ve changed to 16/40 for slightly lower revs than a standard setup
