So I picked up my cafe racer yesterday and love it bar one problem. I am having trouble getting my foot under the gear lever as it is too close to the exhaust. There doesn’t seem to be much benefit by taking the lever off and repositioning it slightly on the spindle to increase the height. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what is the solution ? Are the accessory brake/gear lever which is supposed to be adjustable worth it?

I’m having the same issue! Any solutions short of changing the exhaust?

There are two options you can buy. One is the extendable gear lever which I chose not to get as it looks weird if you don’t have the lever at the end. If you message spares they will send some more photos. I opted for the scrambler foot peg conversion which gives you new foot pegs/gear lever/brake lever. The pegs look really smart although I don’t think the brake lever looks as nice but it works perfectly without changing the exhaust
