Blackout Bars

I have a blackout that’s standard. The issue I have is not being able to get it down the side of the house due to the bars being too wide. I have removed the mirrors and that makes no difference really. I need something about 3′ inches less width ideally but even 2 would be great.

Any advice would be great.
