Matt. The reason no reply was given was due to the fact that Steve & Ben had contact you on their day off and arrangements were made to visit you this Thursday rectify your issues.
Steve has discussed your frame with you and the plan is to replace your frame over winter so that you are not without your bike during peak riding season.
We treat all of our valued customers as individuals and we will therefore deal with any customer’s issues on a one to one basis and not on a one size fits all via this forum.
