Email from ‘CCM Logistics’ chap called Paul. Couldn’t have been more efficient, helpful & friendly. Where and when seemed no problem whatever.
Not sure how short the lead-in time could have been as – of all the bad luck! – I’m not able to take delivery till Monday 24th October.
On the plus side, as Sheffield is ‘local’, Paul’s dropping it off himself.
Couple of days riding around the Peak District with my Sheffield chum then, on a dry day, an A road toodle back South.
Need to look at heated grips & seat roll bag.
I always thought that I’d hear on a Friday so when every Friday 5pm came and went I always entered the weekend a bit deflated. Not now. The ‘call’ it seems can come any day, any time so I hope you get yours very soon!
