The seat with separate springs didn’t go into production (prototype only).
The leather seat without gel is softer than the comfort seat with gel added and would probably ride a little lower, I’d guess at around 10 to 15mm , a serious hight change would need a seat subframe change,the current subframe has a bend in the top tube that may have been added to match the seat height of those early seats.
