Hi, good question , I’ve noticed the same on an evening ride (very worrying if you know an engine can suffer a cold seasure), the temperature sensor is low in the radiator , so it’s not actually measuring the temperature the engine is running at ! maybe John Drogan can give us the official CCM advice on this question.
