We are looking for a quality-conscious, flexible, and hands-on assembler to join our production team. Using hand tools to produce high-quality, British-built motorcycles with one of the most successful and exciting brands in the naked motorcycle market today.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling motorcycles at workstations on a flow line
- Electrical cable work
- Assembling components to engineering drawings
- Use of handheld tools.
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism is maintained and that customer care is foremost
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and Health and Safety practice
- Contribute to the development of systems and improvement in working practices and processes
- Be fully familiar and conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times.
- Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.

About the Role & Company
CCM is looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Advisor to join our sale team. The Junior Sales Advisor will play an important role in the lifecycle of our customers.
Manufactured by us in Bolton, our motorbikes are unique, different, and in a category of their own. We want our customer journey to showcase this quality.
You will be the first person new leads speak to and will be responsible for portraying the brand & product in a way that excites leads to move through our sales funnel.
You will also play a critical role in keeping in touch with leads who aren’t fully ready to buy yet, but maybe ready at some point in the future.
Part of the role will also be supporting the sales team process customer orders and coordinating information pre- & post-events.
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone articulate, confident and great at building excitement!
You don’t need to know anything about Motorcycles - we’ll teach you! Saying that, if you do love or ride Motorcycles - you’ll have a good head-start.
Key roles & responsibilities
This role is predominantly telephone & email based though some face-to-face contact will be involved.
Lead Qualifying & Appointment Setting
- Fact find and qualify new leads
- Deliver a high-level pitch
- Handle initial objections
- Book a time for a callback with a Senior Sales Advisor
Following up leads
- Keep in touch with customers who were early in the buying cycle but not yet ready to purchase
- Follow up with leads that we were unable to reach at strategic times in order to qualify them
- Utilise the CRM system to communicate across multiple channels: email, SMS/Whatsapp and phone
Reactivate old leads
- Systematically work through legacy leads to re-engage potential customers into the funnel
- And/or clean the database
Sales Admin Support
- Support the sales team by adding sales orders to the system
- Create finance quotes and applications for interested customers
Test Ride & Event Coordination
- Ensure correct documentation is in place and registration process has been followed by interested customers, liaising directly to fill in any gaps
- Engage with customers pre- and post-event to deliver a memorable brand experience

Summary of the role
To manage and take full responsibility for the efficient planning of production assembly. To develop processes and implement change to our existing manufacturing planning processes as well as facilitate change through continuous improvement and to be a key planning function for the business.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Schedule assembly in line with stock availability to meet delivery dates and efficiency targets
- Create and maintain 6 weeks forward schedule liaising with Supply Chain and Engineering to manage the new model introduction and bespoke requests
- Configure customer-specific and stock bike BOM’s from sales orders and liaise with sales to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure alignment of BOM’s, customer orders, and configurator output
- Monitor and maintain finished bike stock
- Advise sales of current production lead times, and liaise with other depts to expedite urgent orders when necessary.
- Maintain forecasts and S&OP plan
- Raise and book works orders
- Monitor adherence to schedule and report variances
- Provide analysis and insight to the management team

We are looking for a dynamic Aftersales Advisor with strong customer service skills and knowledge of automotive parts would be advantageous, but not essential. More important are excellent customer skills, great organisational skills and the ability to use a computerised booking system at pace. You could come from a vehicle dealership, on line retailing or similar industries. Duties of this role include but are not exclusive to:
- Assist customers with enquiries, on the phone, via email and face-to-face.
- Using our modern computer system to create quotations, workshop bookings and sales orders and to manage customer messaging and communications.
- Presentable, proactive, well organised and reliable, with good phone and customer-facing skills.
- Supplying onsite workshop and nationwide mobile technicians with parts, accessories, and merchandise
- Experience in processing payments is preferred, although not essential, as training will be provided.
